This is your first appointment with me!
We sit down and talk through your symptoms and concerns in a pressure-free environment. I listen and understand different areas of your health, lifestyle and nutrition, identifying and educating on possible underlying factors contributing to your symptoms.
Based on our findings, I create a personalised treatment plan that fits your lifestyle and focuses on what will support your body best. This includes tailored nutrition, lifestyle guidance and a targeted herbal/nutritional prescription.
Prescriptions are optional (at an additional cost) and referrals for further testing are possible where needed.
As part of this consult, you will receive:

1 x Tailored Prescription (optional)
1 x Referral for further testing (if appropriate)

Telehealth Return Consultation (45 min)
In your return consultation, we review your treatment plan and prescription success.
If you underwent any pathology or functional testing, we extensively review the results.
Based on your successes we modify your personalised treatment plan to best support your body and account for anything new. This includes updated tailored nutrition, lifestyle guidance and a targeted herbal/nutritional prescription.
Prescriptions are optional (at an additional cost) and referrals for further testing are possible where needed.
